Terms & Conditions

1.           Employees of IndianOil Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter “IOCL”) and their families, Dealers & Distributors, Employees of IOCL Dealers & Distributors, Employees of Advertising Agencies of IOCL, other Channel partners/Sponsors/ Service providers/ Event managers, etc. associated with this offer, are not eligible to take part in this campaign.

2.           Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3.           Offer commences on 15^th Sep 2020 and closes on 30^th Nov 2020 ("Offer Period"). Any entries received other than this duration shall not be considered.

4.           By entering into this offer, you agree that the information SMSed and the mobile numbers from which the SMS entry is received, shall be used by IOCL for the administration of the draw and sharing the same with the sponsors. IOCL or its authorized agents, as applicable, can also use the information/ mobile numbers to carry out research about this offer or for communication of future promotions and other messages to the participants of this offer.

5.           This offer is applicable at selected IOCL Retail Outlets in Telangana and A.P.

6.           This offer is only open to Indian Citizens.

7.           Scheme Eligibility:

Customers who purchase a minimum of Rs. 300 or above worth Petrol / Diesel / XtraPremium / for 2 & 3 Wheelers & Rs. 800 for 4 Wheelers and on purchase of SERVO lube oil minimum 1 bottle are eligible to participate in the lucky draw through SMS Tech platform if customer sends SMS.

9.           Scheme Participation Methodology:

a.           Step No.1: A customer purchasing Petrol / Diesel / XtraPremium / SERVO lube oil as per the eligibility - should SMS in the designated format.

b.           SMS Format: IOCL<Space>Dealer Code<Space>Bill number to 8226068000.

c.           Step No.2: Customer will get a reply saying that IOCL has received a SMS. The customer will also receive a unique transaction ID. Customer receives the confirmation saying “Thanks for your participation, Trx ID is …….. retain bill for prize claiming, refer the following link https://ioclmegacampaign.blogspot.com/ , T&C apply” 

d.           Only 2 SMSs per day per customer will be allowed subject to two different bill nos provided, any SMS above two will be made invalid and no return SMS will be sent.

e.           In case customer scents SMS in wrong format specially without IOCL key word SMS server will not identify such SMS and no return response will be sent, In case incorrect Pump Code sent in SMS, server will sent return response SMS, however they will not be made part of lucky draw as the gifts offered in Campaign are subject to Divisional Office and Retails Sales Area as a cluster.

10.        Draw of Lots / Lucky Draws:

Draws will be conducted using the randomiser selection using a program based URL.

11.        Lucky Winners Announcement:

Post to Draw – within 2 days all the Winners list will be updated in the campaign blog.

12.        Gifts Handing Over Process:

a.    Winners will be intimated through ph by the respective Dealer / Sales Officer / D.O staff / event managing partners on the Gift won to the Winners.

b.    In case winners not reachable over the ph, SMS will be sent, either the case – If winners does not respond to Winners Validation Team with in 7 days – his winner ship will be automatically cancelled.

 

c.    Winners need to submit the Cash memo / Bill copy no which is entered in the SMS to the Respective Winners validation Team along with their Photo ID Proof (Addhar Card or any other such relevant document), PAN Card (is mandatory for Car & Bikes), Self-Affidavit on Ph ownership declaration.

d.    Upon the Submission all relevant documents – Winners Validation team will share the details of Gift Tax liability formalities to the winners in case of Car & Bikes, for rest of gifts – respective team will inform the date & venue to collect the gift. 

e.    30 days’ time will be offered to submit the Gift tax.

f.     In case of Car & Bikes – if the winners fail / refused to pay the Gift Tax, gift winning ship will deemed to be cancelled and no further claims entitled and the gift will be given to the winners selected as buffer / standby / through a fresh round of Draw of lots.

13.        Grievances / Clarifications:

Any Grievances are subject to IOCL and are final within the frame of Terms & conditions and any issues other than the terms and conditions mentioned – are subject to IOCL discrimination powers.

14.        Other Standard Terms & Conditions:

Neither IOCL nor its dealers or its agency shall be liable or responsible, if for any reason the customer is not able to send or receive SMS, due to any technical error or otherwise or towards the quality of the product being given as a free gift.

Scheme duration, Lucky Draw schedule are tentative and are subject to change without any advance notice.

The SMS rates, as applicable, shall be charged for the SMS being sent to take part in the offer and no premium charges apply.

The customer is required to preserve the original Bill of the purchase, based on which the customer has entered the offer for claiming the prize, if any, won by him/her. Loss/mutilation of the original Bill shall disqualify the customer. Photocopies of Bills shall be accepted in case of POS /Automation bill.

Bill can be printed manual cash memo, Automation Bill, Invoice no on POS.

IOCL reserves the right to conduct verification of the bills issued to customers from the retail outlets.

 

All statutory levies including Income tax, taxes, duties, octroi, etc., or other additional charges like the cost of transportation of the prize to winner’s residence, as applicable on the prizes shall have to be borne by the concerned prize winner.

No queries/ clarifications/ suggestions will be entertained on the modality of selection or the selection process which is entirely the discretion of IOCL.

Travel arrangements, boarding and lodging, if any, for availing the Prizes under this offer shall not be the responsibility of IOCL. Prize winners shall have to make their own arrangements for travel, boarding, lodging, etc. at all times.

The offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged/ redeemed for cash. No cash claim shall be entertained in lieu of the offer. This offer shall not be combined with any other IOCL Promotional or Discount Offer.

The decision of IOCL shall be final, binding and non-contestable. IOCL reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice. No correspondence shall be entertained on this account.

IOCL also reserves the right to audit any/all claims/winning entries to ensure that the Terms and Conditions of the offer have been met; and to request additional information regarding any and/or all such claims along with supporting documents.

IOCL and its partners/sponsors shall not be liable for any loss or damage, theft or any other mishap, whatsoever, that may be suffered as a result of participating in the offer or enjoyment of the prizes.

As a general rule no correspondence will be entered into. Correspondence, if any, will be solely at the discretion of IOCL. However customers / Dealers of IOCL can write to srinivas@samms.in

Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation/information shall result in disqualification from this promotion and from all/any future IOCL promotions. The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation/information may also result in the initiation of civil or criminal proceedings against the party by IOCL and /or its partners.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad.
